Details and specs

The Flydigi Vader 5 Pro is a premium wireless controller with Hall-effect sticks. Stick tension adjusts from 40 to 100 gf, and the triggers can switch between linear analog travel and an enhanced micro-switch mode. The back paddles detach, and HLPlanet’s review called the force-adjustable sticks a core part of the design.

Flydigi’s own testing puts lag at 3 ms wired and 4 ms wireless, but that’s the maker’s figure. Retro Handhelds lists it at $80 and compared it with the GameSir Cyclone 2, and it sometimes drops to about $64 in sales. The charging dock is sold separately for $25–30, so budget for it if you want one.

  • Hall-effect sticks with adjustable tension
  • Dual-mode triggers (linear analog or micro-switch)
  • Detachable back paddles
  • Lag figures from the maker: 3 ms wired, 4 ms wireless
