Details and specs
The KZ ZS10 Pro X is the upgraded version of KZ’s hugely popular ZS10 Pro, packing five drivers into each earpiece: one 10 mm dynamic driver for the low end, and four balanced armatures (two 50024 high-frequency drivers and two 30019 mid-high drivers) for the rest of the range.
Reviewers describe a lively, fun V-shaped sound with punchy bass and crisp, sparkling highs. The multiple balanced armatures give it plenty of detail and separation for around $30, though the treble can lean sharp on harsh recordings and the midrange is slightly recessed. The shells combine a matte-finished zinc-alloy faceplate with clear resin that shows the internal drivers, but housing five drivers makes each earpiece fairly thick.
