## Details & Specifications
The Anbernic RG Rotate is a May 2026 handheld with a square 3.5-inch 720x720 screen that rotates open on a hinge. It runs Android 12 on a Unisoc T618 chip, and is aimed at Game Boy, PICO-8 and 4:3 consoles such as NES and SNES.

Reviewers like the screen, the design and the controls; Time Extension scores it 8/10. It plays Game Boy, Color, PlayStation and 4:3 systems well, and GBA is workable on the square panel. N64 and PSP are poor with no sticks, and GameCube and PS2 run but aren't fun. The lack of a headphone jack and a single rear speaker are the trade-offs. The price here is for the black model on the listing we link; the silver aluminum version is about $20 more.
